Got a problem with a Cisco Router 700 series (760).

PROBLEM
*************

This particular router worked fine for the past 3 years, dialling up internet access via ISDN.
The company is a Law firm and have a software for their appointments, contacts ecc ecc, database kind of thing.

Suddenly Jan/Feb 2002 after a software upgrade of this particular program the router seems to have gone wild, in the sense
that it dials up the provider every 30 mins day and night.

Tech note : This software has an inbuilt internet explorer window, software is designed around access database.

They are running NT 4.0 server with win98 clients, when clients are powered down the router still dials out.

QUESTIONS
***************

What should I look for ? Should I look on the server software or the cisco configuration ?

Is there any type of software that can tell me what application (if any) is launching the router ?

I have looked pretty much everywhere I know on the web without great results, so I'm turning to you guys for any ideas you may have
on this matter.

Thanks in advance

I suggest reinstalling the original configuration on the router. Pay real good attention to the changes in the dialing properties. use the default dial up properties for the router and match these properties in the OS and software.
