Cisco 3725 Ethernet Port

We have a brand new Cisco 3725 and we cannot get Fast Ethernet0/0 to stay solid. The port constantly tries to negotiate when we plug in a cable. We have tried straight and crossover cables to no avail. I have been told by several people that the IOS could need to be reloaded. We are going to temporarily use Faste0/1 to get what we need done.

The config on the ethernet ports are as simple as it gets.
Nothing Fancy

Does anyone have any suggestions?
