Can anyone tell me what I would need to enable multilinking for a Cisco 3620 router. I have one 2 t-1 cards in there now however I am only using on of them for my single T. I am upgrading my frame and doubling the bandwidth. Will I need to purchase additional hardware for the upgrade or will the unused 2nd T-1 card be sufficient?

What sort of "multilinking" do you have in mind? In the end, you're going to end up with two frame relay circuits, is that correct?

I noticed some type-o's on my post but the answer is yes. There are 2 t-1 cards in the router. One is being used for my current frame and the service-module t-1 timeslot is set to 1 -24 for a full t-1. We are upgrading our frame to another full t-1. Will that second unused t-1 card be all I need? If so how would the configuration be set to allow more than 24 channels? This is also my network's host router.

You're not going to be able to do what you think you're doing. You're going to end up with two different frame relay circuits, each with its own PVCs.

If there were point-to-point circuits you could use multilink PPP, but that's not an option here. The simplest solution is to configure IP addresses on both links and use either per-packet or per-destination CEF to share the load.
