Cisco 3600 IOS loading issue

I have a 3600 that was working fine and it will not load the IOS configuration. When I connect via terminal the System Bootstrap, Version 11.1(20)AA2, EARLY DEPLOYMENT RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
Copyright (c) 1999 by cisco Systems, Inc. <---message just scrolls over and over infininetly. I try CTRl-Break but nothing happens. Any ideas?

Think the first thing I would do is open it up and remove and reseat flash and ram. Power up and see results. Do you have smartnet on it?

No, I dont have smartnet on it.. I will go ahead and try to to re-seat everything you mentioned and see what happens. I work for a non-profit and this router was donated last year so its pretty wysiwyg ...
