Cisco 2950 routing capabilities

I have the following switch: WS-C2950T-24 running Enterprise software. Can i use routing functions? If so, are the commands the same as in a normal Cisco router?

Anyone has any ideas? Is it true that i need a 3550 to use routing?

Yes, 2950 series is layer 2 only from my knowledge, so you need a 3550 to do layer 3 capabilities...
