Cisco 2800 Signalling problems to MD110

We have sites with MD110s networked together via QSig on VoIP using Cisco 2611 routers with NM-HDV cards. All run software Version 12.2(11)T10. We get all required features.

When we tried the new Cisco 2800 (12.3) we cannot get any features working. i.e 2800 to 2611s. Has anyone had similar issues?
BTW this is the lowest code version that the 2800 can run.

I don't think CISCO's qsig is intelligent enough as compare to MD110. Their qsig is so basic. They need to do some software modification to make some basic feature to work.
