New to the area of Cisco and trying to get a handle on configuration. I have two 1724's and 2 - T-1 CSU/DSU cards in slot0. I downloaded the Cisco Configmaker from the Cisco website and went to town configuring the router. But ran into a problem..
Got the first router to configure ok with the listed info:
Router 1
Ethernet = 192.168.10.2
CSU/DSU = 192.168.0.2
I can ping via my notebook both 192.168.10.2 and 192.168.0.2
Router 2
Ethernet = 10.26.10.2
CSU/DSU = 192.168.0.1
I can ping via my notebook the 10.26.10.2 but not able to ping the CSU/DSU 192.168.0.1
I took the default configurations. Is there additional routing commands I would have to input? If so where?
I purchased from Sprint a PTP T-1, when plug the routers in all lights on their equipment turns from red to amber which I assume is good. Of course I cannot ping cross the network because cannot ping Routers 2 CSU.
Any help greatly appreciated!!
