We are trying to disco these PRI's from our meridian but the LEC is telling me they have to re-groom the order.

What does re groom mean?

ask the Telco who the customer is? Re groom is NOT a telephone term.... is it a pedicure, manicure or both?

almost 40 years in the business and that one is new. i think they meant to say they fat fingered the paper work and there boss would not notice IF they charged you double and you didn't complain.. when i am talking to a clerk, and they use their newest "catch phrase" i ask to be transfered to their supervisor.

i've been regroomed a few times but that was after the divorce

But, it may be that the person who took the order was named "Groom" and as in email it was supposed to be...

now it is getting close to a new line of work....... If they have to "re-groom" the circuit does that mean they GROOMED it when it was ordered?
