Can anybody tell me how will lok like cil record, on both mx-one tse and tsw, for next case:
external incoming call from number xxx to extension 123, which then transfer call to external nunber yyy.
Who will be charged for call after transfer?

2 records will be generated. 1st record will be for the first call received and 2nd record will be for the case after transfer. On the second one you wil be able to see who transfered the call.

In 2nd record who will be calling number and whowill be called number? Do you have some record example?

Hi Pavleta,

Normaly you do not charge for incoming calls. But in normal cases the one who talks pays the money. Means if I call you and talk to you for 2 minutes and transfer you to another one and he talks 1 minute with you. I will be charged for 2 minutes, the one I transfer to will be charged for 1 minute.

Ypu are right about transfer to internal extension, but who will be charged if you incoming external call transfer to external number. In TSW SP4 you get record where the calling number is external incoming and called number is external number i transfer to.
My question is: in Mx-one tse is it possible to get internal number, that make transfer, to be charged for that call after transfer?

OK I got it now. There will be 2 calls generated at the same time. So both sides will be charged at the same time. xxxx will be caharged as calling 123. And 123 will be charged as calling yyyy. If xxxx is local (in city) number and yyyy is international number, xxxx will pay local fee and you will pay the international part.
