CID Problem

I posted this on the Vodavi forum but can't any help. If anyone has worked on Vodavi can help me I would appreciate it.

I moved a small 8x16 with CID and everything went well except the CID will not display on teh sets.

CO is sending CID I confirmed it with my Butt set. Any help would be great.
