CICS trouble, all phones are dead

I have a cics system and all phones are dead..the power light is blinking fast and that is all I can get out of it. Sounds like the system went belly up, is it time to replace it?

That's usually an indication of a motherboard problem, especially if you only have steady lites on the phones. I'd suggest buying another CICS and try to have the bad unit repaired as a backup.
