We recently installed a used system for a client, I cant seem to get the light on the tseries sets to show when there is a message waiting on the local line from the telco. I have looked in the programming and also the msg shows on the display that there is a message but the red lights do not go on the sets. Is it not possible on this software ??? CICS 4.1 or 4.2

As I recall the early release of R4.1 would not turn on the message lite. R4.1 should work.

From an old thread, V6.15 of R4.1 will light the message lite on a T-series phone.
