CICS 2.0 w/BRI HELP

We have an existing location that has 3 working circuits on a CICS. they have added a 4th circuit and we can't seem to get it to work. I have verified the NW DNs are entered and the SPID #'s are correct. Anyone have any ideas? [sadeyes]
BTW, we did set up this new circuit on the 3rd port of the bri card and it worked. I know the circuit is good.
