Chinese symbols on voicemail messages after upgrade to v11 1

Upgraded to v11 over the weekend. Embedded VM. Everyone who doesn't forward to email has these chinese characters in place where the caller ID used to be.

Known Issue, search for it and you will find what is happening.

Create an SR with Avaya and get the CP for it. They'll need a sold-to, .cfg, release that they are on, and system type. CPs exist for SE and V2 deployments on 10.1.4, 11.0.2, and 11.0.4.
 
So the ip500v2_se.bin just get's dumped into primary folder, reboot and good? Does the file need renamed or anything? I did this and I still have Korean letters in visual VM.
