CheckPoint secure remote and win2000

Hi,
We installed checkpoint's secure remote software in one of our customer’s sites. We encountered a crash trouble when we run it under stress.
The reason for our opinion is that on this specific machine was installed win2000 server and not win2000 professional. (Which was approved as working)
If anyone knows something about this problem please advise me.
