checkboxes not appearing on reports as email attachments

I have a form that users complete and I want them to be able to email the completed form. I have created a report that looks like the form (including checkboxes) and have tried to attach to an email in snapshot format, but it will not retain the checkbox graphics even though MS says it will. (I am using Access2000) I then tried to change the checkbox to a text box and format the NameFont as Wingdings, again per Microsoft's suggestion, but it still will not print on the attachment. Help! I'm sure there is a simple answer to this.

Hello,

In acc2000 I created simple table (Table1)
with one field type Yes/No, entered 3 rows with value Yes. I created simple report, based on this field and exported it into snapshot (Report1.snp), after that emailed it as attachment. Workedfine and shoes checkboxes. If you want, I can email you this file.

Thanks. I discovered, because I didn't have snapshot viewer, it tried to open the attachment in Word, so it would not hold the graphic format. Is there a way to do this for someone who does not have snapshot viewer?
