Hello all.
I need to check if a file type has an associated editor. If it doesn't I just want it to open in notepad.
Basically I have an app that allows you to edit an xml file. I want it to open in the default editor if there is one and in notepad if there isn't. BUT I only want it to EDIT so not just open in IE or the like.
