Check printing via print boss error

Hi,

Wondering if anyone knows the problem?

I was trying to print a refund check to customer and I got this error below:

“The batch of documents sent to PrintBoss doesn't have a flag appearing anywhere in the document

(PB#INFO <FormName>, <BankCode>, <DocNo>, <DocAmnt>, <DocRecip>)”

What did I missed?

It's not a Printboss form.

I am only printing checks thru print boss.

You need to use the PB check form for AR: AR_CK1.RPT
