Check messages remotely

We have a CICS with a Flash. Do I need to program the vm system for remote access? If so where.

Nothing needed to set up in remote access. User would just press * * anytime they hear anything in voicemail, then follow prompts to enter mailbox number and password.

If you want to change the main grt remote, you must chg the pswd.

Marv01 is on the right path but no need to wait for prompts...just **,ext. number,p/w and the pound sign. Almost as fast as you can enter the numbers, the system will process them and send you right to the m/b.
