Check if external number is busy or not when run vector with route to number

I was looking to see there is a way to write a vector that route to an external number and check to see if it is busy or not. If its not busy then no further vector processing needed. If the line is busy or you get a newtork error, then proceed to the next step.

Yup. That's how vectors work already.

It goes to the next step if a route to step fails.
