Check Boxs in ACCESS

I have several check boxs in a Form within Access, whenever I check one of them they all check. Anyone have any idea what would cause this?

If you have the check boxes all within the same frame, you will see that checking one will uncheck others. Check to see if your boxes are located as part os an option group or frame.
