Cheap learners version of latest Oracle Database

Does anyone know if Oracle has a cheap version for learning the fundamentals of Oracle? How much is it? and Where can I get it?

register ( it's free and will be one of your most visited sites once into Oracle)
go to the Downloads page and pick what you want..Read the license agreement, but, essentially it is free for personal evaluation and learning use..

If you are wanting to load it on a PC, and all of your accesses will be local (not from a remote client) get Personal Oracle.
