Chatrooms and the creation thereof

Hi there Flash Gods and Godesses,

I run a company Intranet Site and I would like to give my users the ability to chat online. The site sits on an NT box with IIS 4 loaded.

Could someone pse let me know, if there is a Flash tutorial anywhere floating about that I could use, and also, the benefits, whether it's worth it etc.

I would be most grateful, and there may even be a shiny new sixpence in it!!!
