If anyone has any handy tips thay would be much appreciated!
I need to graph rolling 13 wks percentage of jobs given a full ETA to customer by contractor as a percentage of total jobs given to contractor

Due to data constructuion from source I have created a manual cross tab made up of running totals.
Theses totals represent a weeks worth of information dictated too by this formula to represent the time element)
(
{ETA_Data_Dump.Date (Routing)}<=DateSerial (Year ({?StartDate}), Month ({?StartDate}), Day ({?StartDate})-22)
and
{ETA_Data_Dump.Date (Routing)}>=DateSerial (Year ({?StartDate}), Month ({?StartDate}), Day ({?StartDate})-28)
)
this formula gives me 5 weeks ago from a parameter driven start point (date)as an example.
This is a view of the 2 running totals i need initially. the first figure represents the number of jobs a full ETA was given to the customer by contractor, the second the total number of jobs given to the contractor
CW-4 CW-3 CW-2 CW-1 CW
67 / 81 65 / 75 65 / 72 81 / 89 81 / 89
I then use a formula (and display this only in the report), to represent the Percentage figure 81 as a % of 89 for example.
formula as below:
if {#Full ETA Supplied Cobra CW-5}=0 or {#Jobs Cobra CW-5}= 0 then 0 else
{#Full ETA Supplied Cobra CW-5} % {#Jobs Cobra CW-5}

How do I graph the % figure???
I am relatively new to Crystal and although there are contractors on site who are not as a novice as I they do not know how to do graphing!
This would be so easy in Excel and I am trying to fight against putting all reports in Excel due to the manual exercises this can involve.

Regards
Mark
