Hm. Would it be sufficient to, say, map an existing AVI (a wall of sliding numbers) onto a 3D space.
So, you would have an image of three guys on a boat hunting a shark, say, but then suddenly, the whole thing becomes a big moving image of letters, but they flow in the shapes of three guys on a boat hunting for sharks?
That requires something a little more sophisticated than Premiere. Maya, perhaps? I have played with a little piece of shovelware called VR Merlin that allowed me to skin 3D shapes with a
solid image, but a moving image might be more than it can handle.
But, basically, you'll need some kind of 3D modeling software for that. Once you have that, then you can output from the modeling software to a file that Premiere can read, such as an AVI, or a series of frames, etc.
