Hi Again,
I was wondering how to automate the change of character and line delays when sending ASCII data. I know to do it manually, it's in the Options -> Modem Options -> Data -> Transfer Protocol Menu and when you change the "Current Transfer Protocol" to ASCII, there are options for changing the character and line delays. I would like to know how to automate this. An example would be appreciated along with any other help anyone can offer. Thanks.

You can do this with the set ascii charpace and set ascii linepace commands. Here is some information from the help file:

ascii charpace integer

Specifies the length of a pause after a character is transmitted from a file during an ASCII file upload. This command corresponds to the Millisecond delay between characters field. fetch returns the current character pacing value, in the range of 0 to 9999.

ascii pacechar character

Specifies the character used to pace ASCII file uploads. This command corresponds to the Use x for Line pace character field. fetch returns the ASCII value of the upload pacing character, ranging from 0 to 255.
