I'd record a macro of yourself doing it in word and then add a reference to the Microsoft Word X.0 Object Library and use the code from your macro in your VB project. There are literally hundreds of threads in this forum about working with MS Office applications from VB, so a search might be of help in getting this sorted for you as well.
