We had numerous laptops stolen last night. All of these laptops have the Cisco VPN cleient installed on them. While it's unlikely that the username/password will be cracked, we need to be sure that the new owners of these laptops cannot access out private network. We plan to change the stolen laptop users passwords but we would also like to change the shared key in the Cisco VPN clients. I'm looking for some ways to achieve this with the least amount of admin. We have around 50 remote VPN users that connect to our VPN3005.

Change the secret on the 3005. Then change thesecret on one vpn client, and there is then a settings file that can be copied to all the other clients, fairly obviously named under the cisco vpn client install directory. Whether that is any easier than just telling legit users the new shared secret and getting them to change it in their vpn client is debatable.
