changing the colour of text in a label

hi i just want to change the colour of the text in just one label when i move to another form

would you say labelname.forecolor = "red" or
labelname.caption.forecolour = "red"

i know these dont work, but could someone set me in the right direction

labelname.forecolor = vbRed Anything is possible, the problem is I only have one lifetime.
