changing the bitmap in internet explorer

I am trying to change the bitmap in internet explorer (the one in the top right hand corner) to my company logo for a Pc image I am creating.

I am using Gpedit.msc and then going to user settings, windows settings, the internet maintenance, browser user interface, then go into custom logo.

when I change the bitmap I get a message about no value, and the bitmap does not appear.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Yes do it with tweak-xp from total-idea.
