Changing senders name

At the moment, all users are setup with their Firstname and Lastname as normal in 2003 AD. When the user sends an e-mail through Exchange 2003 via Outlook 2003, the recipient see's their AD full name but is their any way to modify this so that when a user sends and e-mail, it shows the e-mail being from Firstname Lastname Companyname?

I think you need to use ADSI edit which is on the exchange cd. Here is a tutorial:
