Changing resoultion of an executable that I launch.

I have an executable.exe file that I launch. Is it possible to give it an argument to specify the the height and width.

By default, or coded in the executable its set to 640X480, I need 800X600.

Is ther a command like >
executable.exe -D 800X600 ?

"QRes is a small freeware application that provides automation for the Microsoft QuickRes screen mode change in Windows 95 and 98. QuickRes allows you to change color depth and screen resolution without restarting the machine. I need to make my app launch in 800X600 not 640X480. My pc resolution is 1024X768. Not sure youQRes is the solution.

I would use a shortcut if I could specify the resolution in the shortcut paramaters, any ideas?

Sorry, I was referring to Qres in that link, it says that it was successful for that poster in changing from 800x600 to 1024x768.

Shortcuts can access the Properties/ Compatibility Mode, and set a Display Resolution of 640x480 only, as far as I know.

As for the URL, the site is basically restricted to bussiness associates and requires a verified login to get to it for purchases and stuff.

Anyway, I talked to the company And they said they would look into it, but in the meantime is there any way to get it to rezise, its really annoying for my users.

As for the SP2 question IE does indeed retain the titlebar. However it wont let you rezise the window. Anyway not every user has SP2 installed. Is their anyway to rezise the website?

A good example of what the site is doing is this other site:

http://www.sushi-itto.com.

Click on Enter and you get a fullscreen page that cannot be rezised in IE6. Even if it does have the titlebar.
