Changing queue priority within vector

I am needing to change the priority of a clal within a queue after 45 seconds. I was thinking oabout something like this..

1. queue to skill 1 pri l
2. wait-time 45 seconds hearing music
3. queue to skill 1 pri h
4. wait-time x seconds hearing music
5. go step 3 unconditionally

Will this effectively change the priority of the caller to high after 45 seconds? Will the reporting count as the call twice?

Yes, you are correct, if you use the 'queue to' command with a different priority, it will change the priority of the queued call.

No, it will not show as de-queued and then re-queued. It just moves the call to the end of the high priority queue.
