Changing Product ID for monitoring

Working with a Definity CSI R9 and trying to change the Prod. ID to something unique so we can monitor this switch. Normally I can change this using the dadmin login, but cannot change it on this one. The init login has ASG (as usual), and the craft login cannot change it either.

Does anyone know of any other way to change this, short of Avaya dialing in and changing it? If so, please share B-)
 
Avaya will only change it to what it was registered too. on the 9's you have to have the answer to the challenge inorder to change the productid. can your monitoring software recognize caller id and use that as the product id?
