Our Call Center has decided to go back to the Call Master 4 phones. The phone type now is a 6424. There are 60 phones to change. They are all going to be set up the same. I would like to use ASA. I would build a template calling it CM4 and apply the template to each station Will this work or does someone have another suggestion???

Thank You

Sounds fine to me. Try on a couple of stations first before doing the lot.

If it doesn't work you can export the station data then add using the exported port/station number data using the CM4 template.

Why are you getting rid of them?
I purchased the 6424 and have not been thrilled with ethem.
I am interested in why tyou are switching back?

The Call Center's phones are all callmasters. The 6424's are being changed out so that all ACD phones are callmasters. We use the 6400 phones and haven't had any problems with them.
