Would someone know of any Opensource or inexpensive software that allows you to change partitions without reloading entire system.
 
Changing Partition size on an active partition?
I've used GParted before but the usual caveats apply (backup your data..):

Modify your partitions with GParted

Thanks, I've been told we are going to purchase Partition Magic.
 
if you are planning on using Vista, Partition Magic doesn't work.
 
Vista is not allowed in my IT dept and won't be for some time.
