changing Outlook express to reguler outlook

When I click a link on the internet to which I will be sending an email to, it always opens in outlook express. I cannot seem to change that so when i click the link it open up to an outlook "New Mail" letter
Is there any possibl;e way of doing this without uninstalling anything? I know there is but lately i have not been able to think

Howdy:

Internet Options>Tools>Options>Programs.. Change the default email program to Outlook.. apply and okay out..
