Changing outbound Caller ID on call by ball basis

Customer has a need to send out a different caller ID on a call by call basis (depending on who's behalf they are calling).

Our only idea thus far is to do it with bridged appearances for extensions that are in the Pub Numbering table, but hoping there is a more elegant way to do it as this will be cumbersome to maintain and use.
 
still cumbersome... but...
what about haveing a different agent login id associated with each client.. ie.. 10001 for client 1, 10002 for client 2 etc..
then in unknown public numbering, you can define a different cpn for each agent id....

so login to agent for client 1 to make that call,, client 2 for that one,, etc..
 
We've considered that as well as logging in and out of different extensions. Our delima is that from call to call they could need to change the CID. One of those who are creating thier own head ache, I think.
