Changing one record changes all of them

I have a form with a combo box on it. I use it for solicitors of donations. When I click on it and choose a name it changes All the records for that donor (from previous years) to that solicitor.

Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

Check table relationships - sounds like there may be cascading updates enabled.
