Changing Mailbox names and recording user names

I need some help.

We have a Norstar startalk mini. We have had some position changes and when I change the mail box users name it is correct, but when i transfer them a call, it still shows the old person's name. In addition, we cannot seem to figure out how to re-record the mailbox name, ie when you access your voicemail it says Mindy O'Neil and I need it to say Emilee.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

If i was you, i will try to delete the mailbox and creat a new one.

I am trying to avoid that because of saved voicemails.. it seems like there should be a way to do this without deleting the mailbox.

F983/MBOX/CHG/name , enter lastname,firstname (# to insert the comma)

Mailbox user programming
F981/8/ then 1 I think , record the "Company Directory greeting press 1" is what bionic betty says?

How do I get to terms and sets?

This is admin programming phone side.

You need:
-The passwords
-Know how to navigate programming

We cannot give out more info such as passwords but you need to read the Norstar System Coordinator Guide.

No training here sorry.

For old software you might see Administration
Admin/Sets/XXX/Names something like that.

Correct, how to change name was asked, not how to crack password.

This is why passwords not allowed in forums, need to be careful is all.
