Due to hiring freeze my company wants to implement auto attendant for all incoming calls. Our main number 5000, is an LDN. All incoming calls to the main number go to the operators. They are in a hunt group and are administered as attendants, with extension of 3000, 3001 & 3002. How can the 5000 number be changed to allow for the voicemail auto attendant? Can it be administered as a station, etc. I do not know where to start and wondering if anyone has any advice / experience they can offer. Thank you.
