Changing label on busy-indicator button

I have several admins who have the EU24 on a 4620 with numerous busy indicators. They wish for the name to appear instead of the busy-xxxx.

Is this possible?

This is possible.

You use the standard procedure to change the labels on the phone but when you need to select a button you don't push the button on the EU24.
Instead you push to the left (or right) on the 4620 untill you see a display mentioning EU24 with all the buttons.
There you can change all the labels for the EU24.

Maybe I'm a bit overworked right now.... and I greatly appreciate your reply....

But I could not get it to work. Maybe I've been supporting 4620's for so long that I cannot remember the steps for the 6416's. I have a abr-prog button programmed. I press it and then press the appearance button but see no EU24 in the display.

Can someone give me some baby steps to follow here before the fellas with the nice white coat shows up? (That coat buckles in the back, not sure why yet.... they were here before hauling away the previous telecom guy)

How are they using the Busy ind button's? Just a speed dials?

They are using them as busy-indicators only..... not as speed-dial buttons.
