Changing Hunt Group live during call center hours 1

Does anyone know if I can change my hunt groups from UCD-MIA to EAD-MIA live. I'm hoping I could make the change during working hours and not have to ask all my agents log out and back in. I know if I change agent skills in CMS that they don’t' have to logout/in. but I can't modify Hunt Groups via CMS.

Any words of caution from personal experiences?
 
Some changes require agent logoff in order for the new value to take affect. Changing to ead-mia is one that requires agent logoff and login.

If you were changing ead-mia to ucd-mia, agents would not have to logoff and login.

If it's a requirement, the switch will return a warning error to let you know and "Object in Use" as well as block the change.

A great teacher, does not provide answers, but methods to teach others "How and where to find the answers"
