changing field on softkey 4620 IP phones

Is there a utility to change the label on an IP fone softkey? Right now I have busy indicators of other extensions assigned to some them, and they read "busy nnnn"
,of course the VP who has the fone had an 8410 D with paper labels that were typed read "suzie q" or the like . he wants the same kind of label for the busy indicators on his IP fone, no place for paper labels....

I have a 4610sw programmed as a 4620 on CM 1.3. I can go into the 4610's Phone Options to the option "Feature Button Labeling". From there, I can put whatever name I want on any of the side buttons. The only catch, of course, is that you have to be at the phone to do it. I don't know of any utility that let you do that remotely.

I dont have that option on the 4620 and I thought I had the latest firmware downloaded to the phone...

never mind I changed the 46xxsettings.txt to allow the user all access to menus and the menu choice showed up after a reload......
