Changing DN's from 2 digit to 3 digit?

What is the easiest way to do this? Some mo-mo set up my client's CICS with 2 digit DN's...but I need to set up Hunt Groups and need 3 digit DN's. Must I do a "system start-up"?
 
You should be fine to change it on the fly. Just don't go backwards from 3 to 2. I have never had a problem when increasing the length. No reason to have to do a startup.

NO,
There is a setting under SYSTEM PROGRAMMING called DN LENGTH.
I believe Hunt Groups were introduced with 4.0 software. I can verify that when I bet back to the office.

The system is 6.*.

I didn't know you could just change DN length without repercussion.

DOcean, the only problem is if you have voice mail on the system.

I do have voicemail (CP100). Will have to re-do all the mailboxes, yes?
 
Oops...figured it out. Had to re-initialize the CallPilot...all is well.
