Hi all,

In one of my tables I have a field that is set to data type "Currency". My table has about 400 records in it. I changed the data type to "Number" with a "long Integer" field size in design view. After I saved the changes and re-opened the table, all my records for this field were lost. All the records were re-set to 0.

Does anyone know if it is possible to retrieve my records.

Thanks in advance.

Backup? I would immediately make a backup. Perhaps PK Solutions could get your old data back but it is not likely. Their web site is

Yes, I think restoring the previous day's backup is the only way. That should be OK.

Thanks!
