changing company greeting message

Is there a quick way that I can guide remotely someone to change the co. greeting message

They seem to be user Feature 982 with operator pwd but after that....??

Thanks senk1s, I remembered something like this but we can't give the user this password and risk something happening while they are doing this and, I forgot to mention that it was to revert to a message previously recorded and we can change back and forth.

F982 has an option about "business open" on which when you reply NO, it reverts to this particular message (deals with business hours). Actually, we found it and tested it and it works, but I was in the dark since I never used that option. Having no RAD, couldn't use sys coordinator.
