Changing colours of individual items in a list box

Hi There,
I want to have two different colours for items in a listbox. Does any body know if this is possible.

XLBO's code can be shortened by 50% by using

Answer = Left("nope",2)

Would that be for list controls native to the app, or do you also include third party stuff? I believe Stephen Lebans has something for Access that does something like that (just had a quick look) ListBoxEnhanced
