Our company would like to customize how Audix answers a call. Rather than "Welcome to Audix... etc..." we want a branded greeting.
I know this is possible since my previous company had it done (though I was not responsible for the change). I also know it involves changing/editing/rewriting the Audix "voice segment" files, though I can find no documentation on this anywhere. Avaya TS puts me through endless loops of transfers and "I dunnos".
Any documentation on how to do this would be appreciated.
