Changing Audix prompt files (custom instead of "welcome to Audix...") 2

Our company would like to customize how Audix answers a call. Rather than "Welcome to Audix... etc..." we want a branded greeting.

I know this is possible since my previous company had it done (though I was not responsible for the change). I also know it involves changing/editing/rewriting the Audix "voice segment" files, though I can find no documentation on this anywhere. Avaya TS puts me through endless loops of transfers and "I dunnos".

Any documentation on how to do this would be appreciated.

These two documents (R4) have step-by-step instructions. I have no idea why the R5 documents seem to leave out this information.

The second document is a little smaller, is dated a little later, and is labeled Avaya rather than AT&T.

Both seem to contain the information about customizing announcement fragments, etc. See chapter 11, Customizing Announcements.
