We brought in another Conversant from a closed office. In order for it to communicate with the MAP-D we need to know how to change the ASAI port location. We have built it on port 9a0603. Anyone know how to change it in the Conversant?

Thanks

bhanson184,

you don't program asai port in conversant, you program it on the map-d board itself. to make your old conversant communicate with different (as i take it) map-d board you need to:
a) change cvlan server ip address on the conversant -- set it to ip address of the "new" map-d board;
b) add an ip address of the conversant unit to map-d "allowed cvlan clients" database.

We have the new IP Address programmed. On the old MAP-D (at another location) it was the only connection on the MAP-D so I can see what you say. This time it's the third device. So the third port and the Conversant cannot find the MAP-D.
